These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CampusConnect TN ("CampusConnect TN", "we", "us", or "our"), a college discovery and lead-generation platform for engineering and arts & science colleges in Tamil Nadu. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CampusConnect TN.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, posting a review, or otherwise using any part of CampusConnect TN, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

CampusConnect TN is a college discovery and lead-generation platform. We help prospective students research, compare, and get in touch with engineering and arts & science colleges across Tamil Nadu by publishing information on fees, courses, admissions, and student reviews, and by routing enquiry (lead) submissions to the relevant college.

CampusConnect TN is not an admissions authority, a college, or a government body, and we do not guarantee admission to any institution. Information such as fees, courses, cut-offs, and admission process details is provided for general guidance only, may change without notice, and should always be verified directly with the institution concerned. All admission decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account or submitting an enquiry.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, post duplicate reviews, or misrepresent yourself is not permitted.
• You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, fake, or fraudulent enquiries to colleges, or submit enquiries with information you know to be false;
• Post fake, defamatory, or knowingly misleading reviews, or reviews for a college you have no genuine experience with;
• Use the platform to harvest contact details of students, colleges, or other users for unrelated marketing purposes;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform, its accounts, or its underlying systems;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any college.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

Reviews you submit remain your content, but by posting a review you grant CampusConnect TN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that review on the platform (including in excerpted or aggregated form) for as long as it remains published. Articles, college profiles, and other editorial content published by CampusConnect TN are our property (or that of our licensors) and may not be copied or republished without permission.

6. Institution Accounts

Users registering as an institution representative to claim or manage a college listing must have genuine authority to act on behalf of that institution. We reserve the right to verify claims, request supporting documentation, and revoke access granted on a false or unverifiable basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

CampusConnect TN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information published (including information supplied by colleges themselves) is complete or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusConnect TN and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including any decisions made on the basis of information found here. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CampusConnect TN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or for legal and operational reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. If you continue to use CampusConnect TN after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
